Make Drama your New Year's Resolution!

The Drama School, Mumbai brings you a Foundation Skills in Acting Workshop where participants will use Wutao & Lecoq's techniques in order to gain a deeper understanding of their bodies & learn to balance internal and external energy.

About the Instructor: Shruti Mishra

Shruti Mishra is a professionally-trained Physical Theatre actor and Wutao artist, an Indian Classical dancer and choreographer based in India. She conducts Theatre, Wutao & Mask-making workshops and teaches Kathak internationally. She has choreographed dance events and musicals for ESPN and the Shaolin Festival in China. Shruti helped establish Padatik International in Kolkata. Her performance experience includes 'So Many Socks', a theatrical production funded by the Dalai Lama & produced by QTP and 'Thank you' a solo interpretation of Alique Padamsee's piece based on a true account of the Gujarat riots . Currently she trains aspiring professional dancers at the Terence Lewis Dance Company.
